Q: Why can't I have anti-wrinkle injections on the same day as my first consultation?

Botulinum toxin is a Prescription Only Medicine (POM). UK professional guidance requires an appropriate prescribing assessment before treatment can proceed. We do not offer walk-in prescribing or "party Botox." Our consultation process prioritises patient safety and appropriate clinical decision-making over convenience.

Q: What happens if you think treatment isn't right for me?

We reserve the right to decline treatment whenever we believe it would not be in your best interests. This may be due to medical concerns, unrealistic expectations, body dysmorphic disorder concerns, psychological wellbeing, contraindications or because another treatment would provide a better outcome. Patient safety will always come before making a sale.

Q: How do you manage complications?

Although serious complications are uncommon, every clinic providing injectable treatments should have clear protocols in place. We maintain emergency equipment, appropriate prescription access where required, documented escalation pathways and evidence-based complication management procedures.
